Pleasant Experience

My first time to NYC with my daughter in tow. Frankly I was nervous about the transportation situation upon our arrival to JFK. The night before after some research, luckily I was happy I landed on NYC Best Limo and Abel as our driver. I then used him again on the way home. Each time was perfect. Clean, prompt, courteous. I will happily us then again and highly recommended.

Personalized Travel

Each time we hire NYC Best Limo, the service is excellent, professional and on time. My flight arrived early, and our driver was there and ready. The driver arrived early, texted, and waited patiently on the way out. The driver greeted our visitors at the airport and brought them safe and sound to our home.

Consistently good car service

I travel to NYC regularly and always use NYC Best Limo service. I almost always got the same driver Jackson, and he is fantastic! Cars are in outstanding condition, well maintained and clean. I got exactly what I wanted. He came to pick up at baggage claim with a sign for both pick-ups! He also sent confirmations to ensure everything was set up correctly and emailed me the receipts following the trip. Competitive/cheaper than most car services and sometimes pretty close to Uber (for airport departures/arrivals). I often have to leave early to get a morning flight, and I don't want to risk finding an Uber or Lyft at 4:00 am. (Even in NYC). As others have said, driver communication via email or phone is excellent. Highly recommend these guys.

Great Service

Our flight from Toronto was delayed 1.5 hours, and I contacted NYC Best Limo, who contacted the Limo driver. The driver texted me as we waited on the tarmac in Toronto. I was then able to text him when we had clearance to takeoff. He remained for the whole time until our arrival, over an hour! When we arrived at JFK, it was raining, and he pulled out and held an umbrella over us while we wheeled our bags to the car. Great service! Very pleasant driver!

It was a pleasure to have their service. They were so friendly and always got us to our destination in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Whenever I go back to New York I will definitely use their service.

Airport Transfer

My family and I had an amazing experience with nycbestlimo. Abel our driver was on time. He was very responsible and answered all of my questions regarding car space and pick up time He was very professional and friendly. We took 3 big luggages, 4 carry-on bags, 4 personal bags, a car seat and a booster seat. We were two adults and two children traveling. There was still plenty of room for more. We all traveled very comfortable towards the airport.I would totally recommend using them 100%.

Honestly one of the best drivers I have ever used! Prompt, courteous and professional. Car was super clean, had bottled water and was always waiting outside each stop. I highly Recommend Abel and will def use him again.
